Tidbinbilla Revised Draft Plan of Management

TAMS Conservation Planning and Research (CPR) has now reviewed all of the public submissions and has prepared a revised draft plan of management and a report on public consultation.
Under the Planning and Development Act 2007 there is a requirement to refer the revised draft plan of management and public consultation report to an appropriate committee of the Legislative Assembly.  The plan was referred to the Legislative Assembly Standing Committee on Planning, Public Works and Territory and Municipal Services on the 4th of April for the committee’s consideration. The committee has the discretion to conduct a public inquiry into the plan, any aspect of the plan, or on the public consultation process, if it decides an inquiry is warranted.
To ensure that the public has access to the revised draft plan and to the report on consultation, should the committee decide that an inquiry is warranted, these documents are now available on the TAMS website  There is a direct link to the documents from the ‘What’s New’ column on the right. You may wish to refer to the report on consultation to see how NPA's input was incorporated into the revised draft plan.
